▪︎ Payments: All balances are always due upon completion. Payment method accepted; Bank Transfer or Cash on completion.

▪︎ Please ensure the area being cleaned is clear of all objects before arrival.

▪︎ Chemicals: If the Chemical is applied to the Surface, please ensure all Animals and Children do not have any contact with this area until it is washed off and completely dry. The Chemical can kill plants and grass.

▪︎ Drainage: Poor Drainage systems can prove difficult when Pressure Washing, please advise of any known issues in advance. Additional charges may apply. 

▪︎ Drain Blockages: DW Pressure Washing Cleaning Services is not responsible for possible Drain Blockages caused by any Organic Matter removed from the Surface. 

▪︎ Damages: DW Pressure Washing Cleaning Services is not responsible for damages to the Surface being cleaned, if any part of the Surface is slightly weak, these areas could lift and chip from the Water Pressure. Including Windows from loose shingle or Stones, Wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, loose Mortor that may dislodge during the cleaning process.

▪︎ Stains: Some stains cannot be removed by Pressure Washing. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all.

▪︎ Windows, Doors & surrounding areas & objects may become water spotted as a result of the service.

▪︎ Window cleaning is not included.

▪︎ Please note that water can leak through doors, letterboxes znd window frames as the equipment is high pressure.
